Omni Announces SAP CRM Support for Game-changing Server-side SaaS CRM Integration for Exchange and GroupWise – NO Plug-ins Required

CRM consultants, resellers, integrators and customers can finally get rid of traditional legacy Outlook workstation plug-ins and benefit from server-side, transparent integration for ALL Exchange and GroupWise clients for industry-leading CRMs.

Hannover, Germany & Edmonton, Canada – March 2, 2010 – Omni Technology Solutions, Inc. (www.omni-ts.com), the first company to deliver multi-CRM, multi-client, server-side integration with no plug-ins for Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, SugarCRM, Oracle CRM and other leading CRMs announced support for SAP CRM today at CEBIT. With public beta availability in Q2 2010, this enhancement will benefit SAP CRM partners, integrators, resellers and customers looking to benefit from transparent integration for all Exchange and GroupWise clients provided by Riva Integration – without any Outlook plug-ins required.

Riva Integration Server for Exchange and GroupWise was designed to overcome the complexity, restrictions and end-user frustration of using traditional, legacy Outlook Windows workstation plug-ins to get integration with their CRM.

"We add new CRM systems to Riva based on customer and partner demand," said Aldo Zanoni, CEO and Managing Director of Omni. "We work on a regular basis with CRM vendors and partners who need to offer Exchange or GroupWise integration for their vertical CRM solution," continued Zanoni. "Because Riva Integration Server for Exchange and GroupWise is a server-side solution and doesn’t require any plug-ins, it is truly a game-changing solution. For the first time, users of all Exchange and GroupWise clients have full, native access to bi-directional synchronization of CRM contacts, accounts, phone calls, appointments and tasks – with no Outlook workstation plug-ins required!" continued Zanoni. "Instead of being limited to only allowing Windows Outlook users to integrate with CRMs, Riva allows all Exchange and GroupWise email clients, including Entourage for Mac, Web Access, and BlackBerry and ActiveSync mobile devices to access CRM information without having to install any applications on their mobile devices."

"What is unique about Riva," said Dr.-Ing. Thomas Fleissner, Omni Germany, "is that it is more than just an integration plug-in. Riva Integration Server is a complete integration platform that can integrate ANY CRM with Exchange and GroupWise. In addition to standard synchronization, Riva delivers, advanced integration and interoperability with its SmartConvert, ConnectBar and AssignTo functions. With support for on-premise and hosted, SaaS-based CRMs and Exchange systems," continued Fleissner, "customers have complete flexibility to leverage their existing environment and move to a hosted Exchange or CRM provider in the future. Part of our presence at CEBIT is to work with SaaS and CRM providers to add cloud-based CRM integration to their offering."

CRM consultants, resellers, integrators and customers interested in learning more about Riva Integration Server and its benefits are invited to contact Omni. CEBIT 2010 attendees are invited to visit Omni at the Canadian Pavilion, Hall 13, Booth D14.
