Omni Global Newsletter - January 2010

Kategori: Omni

Nyheder fra Omni med hvordan synkronisering af CRM data kan håndteres helt uden plugins i enten Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Novell GroupWise og Entourage til Mac OS samt nyheder fra den seneste verserion af eControl 3.4.

Integration without the Plug-ins

Looking for an alternative to Outlook and GroupWise CRM plug-ins? Riva Integration Server gets installed once on a server and supports all Exchange and GroupWise clients – such as Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Entourage 2008 for Mac, ActiveSync mobile devices, BES, GroupWise, IMAP and others! Administrators then configure Riva policies that control who and what CRM items get synchronized.

What Gets Synchronized

Transparently synchronize all address book and calendar data between Exchange, GroupWise and your CRM. This includes accounts, contacts, leads, appointments, meetings, calls, tasks, email and more. PLUS, Riva allows sales and support staff to access CRM opportunities, cases and quotes directly from their email client.

Advanced Interoperability

Save time entering CRM data manually. Riva allows users to drag-and-drop an email into a Riva SmartConvert folder. This will automatically create the associated CRM accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes and user assignments.
